The Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition is composed of representatives from various resident associations in the City of Clearwater. Through monthly meetings we address issues that are of importance to our members. 
 
Our mission is to advocate on behalf of neighborhoods in the City of Clearwater at the city, county, and state level and to provide information that enables citizens to make educated decisions regarding issues that have a direct impact on their quality of life.
 
Some of our goals and objectives for 2013 are to conduct public forums to inform residents and to advocate for change on homeowners insurance, proliferation of prescription drugs, and other issues.  In an effort to keep our community up to date, we will also host candidate forums so that voters can become better acquainted with individuals that are seeking public offices.  Through out the year we will have speakers present to us on the following issues:  dealing with foreclosed and abandoned homes, homeless issues, code enforcement, and updates on Pinellas County and State of Florida issues.
